Massage Therapist Responsibilities - Scheduled weekly massage therapy shifts (pay is hourly during these) under the supervision of the physical therapy team - Address client concerns with brief, targeted massage therapy sessions during scheduled massage therapy shifts (as a huge PLUS, you are continually being introduced to potential hourly massage clients) - Massage therapists have the flexibility to manage their hourly massage booking schedule through the booker.com platform Massage Therapist Requirements - Certificate in Massage Therapy from an accredited massage program - License to perform massage therapy in Pennsylvania (if licensed in another state, you must be willing/able to obtain a PA license) - Training in sports, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage techniques - Experience with athletes, sports injuries, and post-op populations is preferred - Understanding of anatomy and muscle structures as related to providing massage therapy Massage Therapist Benefits - Top reimbursement percentage in the city for your booked hourly massages - Competitive pay for massage therapy shift work (plus you get the chance to interact with our clients during your shifts) - Team-based, positive environment; learning opportunities - Full time massage therapists are eligible for our complete benefits package
