Great opportunity to adopt a great family dog

Description

NOTE: This ad is being placed by an individual who had the opportunity to adopt this wonderful dog, but due to the fact our existing family dog (also a female) did not take well to Daisy…so, sadly we had to return her to the veterinarian who is currently housing and caring for her. DAISY is a mixed black female dog about 3-4 years old who was found in a dumpsite area and brought to Indian Ridge Animal Hospital in Kingsport, Tennessee and as stated earlier is now in the care of Dr. Katlyn Batts who works at the hospital. She is looking to place Daisy in a loving home environment, where she can give and receive the love she deserves, as she already has dogs and cats of her own. Daisy is house-trained, very cuddly, not a rambunctious dog…pretty sedate for the most part. Gets along with other people, kids, and other pets you may have. Only issue that I noticed is she eats very quickly….probably due to having to fend for food herself at the dumpsite. This is something I am sure will correct itself with time. The hospital had stated they would take care of shots and neutering if desired. Appropriate home environment is to be determined by Dr. Batts (fenced yard, etc.). References from existing veterinarians would be helpful. Please contact Dr. Batts at to schedule a meeting. This dog would be such a great addition to any family. I really wish it would have worked out for us. I have attached a picture of DAISY. Mike & Marie
