Seeking handyman for general house, garden, and roof services

Older couple moving away from doing it all ourselves around the house: we can no longer climb ladders and roofs, and hence cannot complete annual roof inspections and the cleaning of leaves from valleys and gutters; cannot install gutter protection in highest points on roof; can no longer spread five yards of mulch each spring; and we no longer want to tend to gardens (weeding, pruning, transplanting, and special projects). We can no longer can complete: annual inspection of the attic furnace and attic, install light fixtures in cathedral ceilings, and wash some of the higher windows. You get the idea. We are looking for an established handyman with which to develop a long-term service relationship. The ideal person would have a proven track record of service, as well as knowledge in the service areas mentioned above, which to us means you are: (a) likely over 50 years, but young enough to walk a two story roof, (b) you have maintained your home in impeccable condition, (c) you live in a surrounding community to Ludlow, (d) you are a good communicator, (d) and you can provide a resume and certificate of insurance. We ask a lot but are will to pay a rate commensurate with your background, value, and quality of work.
