Summary Engages in the maintenance, remodeling, & repair of physical structures of buildings, warehousing structures, and grounds by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Is engaged in the general cleaning and upkeep of buildings.Performs painting and structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
Is engaged in ground maintenance activities, such as policing, and upkeep of property sidewalks & parking lots, snow removal, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, weed removal, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse.
Assists in other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knows & complies with company policies and safety regulations.
Ability to use hand tools
Attention to detail
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
