Metal Stud & Commercial Drywall Supervisor/Foreman Job Summary • Metal Stud & Commercial Drywall foreman for commercial projects needed for IMMEDIATE hire. Typical project locations include Fort Collins, Loveland, Wellington, Cheyenne, Longmont, Greeley and northern Denver. Hourly wage depends upon experience Responsibilities and Duties • Direct a team of 2-10 framers/hangers/finishers • Track crew production • Maintain field timesheets • Attend weekly job meetings as required by the General Contractor • Review plans and specs to assure project is being constructed per contract documents • Relay pertinent information to office personnel as needed (changes, pricing requests, RFI’s, etc.) • Ability to multitask and coordinate work at multiple job sites as necessary Qualifications and Skills • 5+ years of experience preferred • Additional training a possibility for the right candidate • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass drug/background checks • Must be proficient in reading architectural and structural blueprints • Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish) Benefits • Health benefits & 401K plan • Paid time off after 1 year of service • Company Vehicle Apply in person at Holsinger Drywall, Inc. 2572 Midpoint Drive Fort Collins, CO 80525
