Simple "bartender-type" service for event Sept 24

We're going to be offering beer and wine at a private event we're holding and we'll be using drink tickets to control the distribution so we need somebody to collect these tickets and hand the person their beer or pour them their glass of wine. No mixing of drinks or anything like that will be required. So all we're looking for is somebody friendly, social, mature and responsible. I anticipate that I'll get a lot of responses, so the more you include of the following, the better your chances: >a resume showing me the kind of work you've done and the education level you've secured (and no, you don't have to have previous experience as a bartender or in the restaurant industry or something) >social media accounts that will give me a sense of who you are (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) >A decent "introduction letter" as part of your reply to this posting I don't want to have a tip jar and make people feel like they should tip. We'll pay $20/hr and I need you for 3 hrs from 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Then based on how well you do, how friendly you are, people's comments, etc. we'll tip you for the whole event accordingly.
