Ideal Manufacturing LLC designs and builds high-quality, automated machinery for the woodworking, metalworking, and Ag industries. We are looking for a Machine Operator- Assembler who can assemble new machinery for the industrial, ag & manufacturing industries. We are a fun-loving team that enjoys coming to work each day, and we'd like to find an independent, problem-solving person to fill this role. Our Ideal Machine Operator-Assembler: • Experience: 2-5 years as a Machine Operator. Experience using a CNC Mill, Lathe, & Laser cutter with carbon steel, stainless steel, & aluminum and a manufacturing background is preferred. • Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Committed to doing a great job & keeps a positive attitude even in challenging situations. • Hardworking: Ambitious & eager to learn new skills. Takes pleasure in a day's work & motivated to produce high-quality results. • Problem-Solver: Able to work efficiently, independently, & resolve problems that come up during the day. • Active: Able to lift 50+ pounds What we offer our Machine Operator-Assembler: • $25+/hour.
