Need welding handyman small repair

Restaurant located in Gilbert. Metal door frame someone cut a portion of the frame out. The strike plate for the lock now gets pushed back. Need new piece of metal behind the plate installed. About 4 inches tall and 3 inches wide. Must be done before 11am or after 9 on weekdays or after 945 on Fri or Sat. After 9 on Sunday. Basically want it done not during business hours. Shoot me a estimate with your experience.
