I'm planning on making an appointment with a kitchen designer at Ikea in Rego Park. I live in Manhattan and I don't want to take the train alone. If you are interested in possibly doing the same thing, maybe we can make an appoint to go to the Rego Park Ikea together. We can probably make two appointments on the same day. This way we can travel together. The first step is getting a kitchen measure appointment, that costs $96, part of which gets refunded if we use Ikea which I plan to do. You can also pay someone to do the measurement elsewhere. Once we have the measurements, we get the appointments on the same day. If you are just curious about how it all works if you're thinking of doing an Ikea kitchen but haven't make up your mind, travel out there with me, I'll have the measurements and the appointment lined up.
