Taping and sanding basement

Hi! My name is Adam. I am a licensed general contractor. I have built a basement and am looking for 6 or so individuals to come in and mud - tape - sand and finish all the ceilings and walls. It will need to be ready for painting. All the corner bead is installed and all the big holes are filled so it is only mudding needed. The work involves setting type compound for the first coat then sanding compound for the following coats. You'll need to be familiar with mixing setting compound. Also the taping used is paper not fiber tape. I understand there are a lot of companies that do not pay their bills and people and that is NOT me! I can pay daily if you like, I understand trust needs to be built. There is future work available for people that know what they're doing. There are two points of view and I understand you want to be sure you are paid and you understand I require quality workmanship.
