Part-Time Cleaning & Assistant

★ Looking for an assistant with main duties of cleaning, laundry at the house & errand runs like grocery shopping, and some meal prepping. Must be a trustworthy, dependable, self-starter and treat our homes like it's your own. We have two high energy dogs that are very sweet dogs. They are around, so being a dog lover is a plus. ★ This job is part time and flexible on hours and day of the week you work. Flexible but time committed must be honored and not rescheduled. 10-25 hours a week, dependent on how busy the airbnb cleans are - can guarantee a minimum hours each week. ★ Pay to start at $18 hourly, after 30 day trail period will increase if cleaning is on point and efficient. ★ Must be able to work independently, we travel and are not around all of the time. ★ Must have your own transportation, best if you live near by. Main Tasks (not all inclusive): Will also be asking of various tasks at random when guests needs something extra, will pay full hour rate even if it takes 15 minutes of your time. Other tasks could include meeting vendors at the house for repairs, etc. ★ Airbnb cleans for my home (live part time at the house and rent out part time) ★ Vacuum, clean floors, dishes, windows, inside house, etc ★ Wash laundry & put away laundry/clothes. ★ Run small errands, such as grocery shopping, dry cleaners, donation drop offs, gift pickups for guests ★ Wash cars/vehicles when needed ★ Sweep patios/outdoor areas. ★ Clean up after dogs. ★ Yardwork (only if you want more hours, not part of main gig) ★ Meeting vendors/handyman at homes Please email me when you can start and any past cleaning experience / why you think this would be a good fit for you. **COVID** We are both fully vaccinated, and are very conscious and safe with where we go and what we do to try our best not to come in contact with covid19.
