Help wanted- unload-move-set up entertainment center bookcases

Bought nice (but heavy) entertainment center and book cases. 10 long, 6 feet tall in 3 sections. Need a couple strong backs to help unload trailer, haul into house via hand truck (3 steps up onto deck, into house), and set in place (including lifting heavy older entertainment center into place on base, this is the heavy lifting part). What say you?
