Nicholas Mechanical HVAC Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Number of openings for this position: 2 Schedule: 8 hour shift Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Job description: Nicholas Mechanical is looking to hire 1-2 residential technicians to join our growing team. We also have opportunity for commercial which we are willing to train. General Job Responsibilities: Analyze, plan, and perform preventive maintenance of HVAC systems Diagnose troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems Order and maintain parts needed to repair and maintain HVAC equipment Properly maintain and safeguard company assets Minimum Qualifications: Strong communication, sales and customer service skills Ability to work with high degree of integrity Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business Proficiency with mobile devices (e.g. tablets, smart phones and/or other devices as required) Minimum of 1 year of residential HVAC experience HVAC Certification/License highly preferred EPA Required Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong work ethic Able to work independently and is a self-motivator/self-starter Clean driving record Valid Driver’s License Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health and Dental Schedule: 10 hour shift Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: HVAC: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: EPA Type II (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple Locations Supplemental Pay Signing bonus Work location On the road in Anaheim, CA
