Liberty Tire Recycling has an opening for a General Laborer at our,Midlothian, TX facility. The Yard Laborer will be consistently loading and unloading tires from trucks and trailers and will perform other Dock Help duties whenever needed so adaptability and flexibility are key qualities for this position. Apply in person at 580 Gifco Road, Midlothian, TX or visit Work hours will be M-F 4 pm to 1 am with every other Saturday. **PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIRE** Principal Duties & Responsibilities • Handle tires weighing up to 50 lbs. repetitively • Ability to see and feel contamination in tires • Safety procedures • Teamwork • Understand directions, follows directions, and needs to be coachable • Ability to use hand tools Position Specifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors) • Attentive • Reliable • Cooperative • Willingness to work hard in hot, wet and dirty conditions • Attention to detail • POSITIVE ATTITUDE • Strength and stamina to lift and move tires throughout a shift
