We are currently seeking a full-time employee to run the overall maintenance of a mobile home community. This maintenance technician position is responsible for: Small handyman jobs (light electrical repairs, plumbing, painting, and interior, and exterior upkeep) Maintaining cleanliness of property by doing custodial work. Inspection and approval of all move-ins and move-outs Supervise maintenance work done in the community by outside contractors brought in as deemed necessary by the park manager Participate in work orders provided by management Perform watering, weeding, mowing, trimming, and fertilizing of common areas as well as individual lots Shovel snow and drive snowplow in common areas as needed (if applicable) Pool Maintenance (if applicable) Other duties as assigned by management Additional Information / Benefits: Dental Insurance Health insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Holiday pay Flexible PTO Growth Opportunities High energy company, a friendly & supportive team environment Benefits are offered to eligible full-time employees.
