Nomas st. near Conroe st., Dallas TX

Description

Female blue pit. Found on Nomas St. at elementary school. I saw her almost get hit by a car. No microchip. Aqua collar. No tags. I looked all day for her owners. She is now at dallas animal services on westmoreland.
