SHIPPING SUPERVISOR - (Temecula, CA) M-F 8:00a - 5:00p (flex to start as early as 4:30am somedays Aug-Nov) Pay: $68-75K /yr. SUMMARY: Responsible for training and directing employees in completing all tasks relating to the warehouse and distribution operations. This position requires interaction with Warehouse Manager, Inventory Control Coordinator, Warehouse Personnel, Customer Service, Freight Carriers, and Internal Management. Critical Factors • Detail oriented • Able to meet deadlines • Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 12 individuals • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written • Able to think through and solve problems - Must have at least 4 years’ Warehouse experience, Medical Industry a plus - Must have experience on material handling equipment (i.e.: 3-4,000 lb. capacity forklift AND reach truck) Supervisory Responsibilities: • Accountable for employee scheduling, authorizing overtime and approving time off. • Responsibilities include Interview, hire, and train employees; Plan, assign, and direct work; Appraise performance; Reward and discipline employees; Address complaints and resolve problems. General Responsibilities: • Assist in coordinating the efforts of Shipping and Receiving to complete daily departmental tasks in an effective and efficient manner. • When necessary, oversee the process of receiving inbound material, assist in the process of receiving. • Conceptualize and implement work methods and procedures to increase productivity within the warehouse and distribution operation; coordinate and schedule inbound PO receipts. • Oversee the completion of vehicle maintenance and inspection checklists, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date files of associated records. • Ensure the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment by utilizing personnel to perform regular maintenance procedures, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date facility maintenance records. II.) CNC Operator/Machinists – (Murrieta, CA) M-F 5:00a – 1:30p (flex to work varied start time may be 6am and work OT ) Pay: $22-30/hr. DOE Summary: • Minimum 2 years work experience in a machine shop, combined with school experience ok. • Experience with CNC vertical mill set-up and operation. • Ability to program a machine strongly preferred. • Experience with engine lathes and knee mills. • Able to read mechanical prints. • Proficient in using common machinist measuring tools. • Able to work Saturdays and overtime. • Must read and speak fluent English. • Successful candidate must be eager to learn new techniques and machines. III.) QUALITY INSPECTOR Shift: M-Th 5am-3:30pm, F 5am-1:30pm and flex to work some Saturdays Pay: $22-26/hr. DOE Summary: • Monitor quality procedures, perform in-process and final inspections, ensuring production is not hindered by testing procedures. • Develop and maintain company inspection reports through the manufacturing process. • Ensure finished goods and products meet/exceed company standards as well as customer specifications. • Ensure test equipment is calibrated and working correctly. • Reporting quality anomalies to the supervisor. • Collating test data and drafting quality reports. • Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes. REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or GED. • Inspection or quality technician experience - specialist in pressure vessel and process piping. • Understanding of advanced mathematical concepts. • High-level of visual awareness and attention to detail • Advanced organizational and multitasking skills. • Experience drafting reports and collating data. • Ability to work alone with minimal supervision. • Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols. • Ability to stand for long periods. IV.) Material Coordinator/Forklift Operator Coordinate and expedite flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments, according to production and shipping schedules or department priorities, and compiles and maintains manual or computerized records. Reviews related information and confers with department supervisors to kit material and have ready for production team. Compile and maintain manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, in-process production reports, and status and location of materials. Move or transport materials from one department to another manually and safely operate a forklift. Monitor and control movement of material and parts from stock room or outside stock. Maintain stock levels and locations. Requirements: High School Diploma Computer Literate
