Hello, I am a local real estate investor that buys single family houses or apartments to repair and resell. I currently work with deals that come in from my radio advertisements and direct mail campaigns but I also buy a lot from off-market referrals. We will look at deals all over Florida, especially Tampa. If you know someone who owns a property that they might need to sell please reach out to us to if you can connect us with the owner or at least explain the situation and give us their contact information. We are offering a cash referral if someone tells us about a potential deal and we close on it. It can be any size, we have investors to raise money from for any size deal.
