I have a position available in my flower shop! No experience required, only strong work ethics required and a good positive mental attitude!! We are ONLY looking for people who want to work with flowers, that means cleaning flowers, prepping flowers, designing arrangements with flowers, making flower bouquets, as well as basic labor tasks like cleaning the store, etc. I am looking for someone who wants to work full time hours once they are fully trained. I am only interested in applicants who want to stay with the job for at least 2 years+, this is not a short term gig. BILINGUAL WITH ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS PERFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED Starting pay is $15.00 an hour during 90 days training, then $16.50 an hour after that, with plenty of opportunity for more hours, additional raises, and bonus pay. If you stay with us long term and grow your skills as a florist, we offer higher pay! We pay CASH and round up to the nearest dollar every time. The current hours I am offering are: Monday 10:30am to 5pm Thursday 10:30am to 5pm Saturday 10:30am to 5pm Sunday - 10:30am to 5pm Lunch breaks are 30 minutes in the middle of your shift. The job duties Consist of: Cleaning flowers (removing pedals, thorns, leaves and more) Prepping Flowers (cutting flowers to different lengths to prepare for use) Designing Arrangements (arranging the flowers in vases, containers or wrapped bouquets) WE PROVIDE TRAINING! Basic Store Maintenance (Restocking shelf items, dusting, cleaning floor, sweeping, mopping, filling up buckets of water) Basic Customer Service (Greeting a custom, answering basic questions, ringing up a transaction on the cash register) WE PROVIDE TRAINING!
