The position of Porter for Main Street Management (MSM) calls for the employee to be knowledgeable, organized and communicative. All of these traits work hand in hand to ensure success for the property and all MSM employees. Full time position with benefits (Full medical, dental, 401k, vacation, and sick time). Porter Responsibilities: -Maintaining the properties by keeping the grounds, exteriors, and common areas clean and up to the standards of MSM -Clean any interiors, exteriors, and common areas (laundry rooms, pool area, clubhouse, etc.) -Occasionally assist in the preparation of vacant units when needed -Any addition duties that are needed to maintain the property -Mopping, leaf blowing, racking picking up trash - Self motivated and able to work as part of a team with other staff Ability to prioritize
