Thank you for responding to the Seranado Fountain Apartments ad: BENEFITS: Employer benefits are medical, ten days vacation, five sick days and eight paid holidays. Must be skilled in prep and finish. Apply base coats and finish brush coats with brush and sprayers. Clean brushes and other equipment. Ability to work with ladders and some heavy lifting of objects. Experience in carpentry and understanding of maintenance of construction tools. General maintenance and repair duties. Three years experience as a painter. Must have a valid California driver's license. Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
