Warehouse Supervisor (2nd Shift) Chino, CA Work Schedule: Mon – Friday 2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Pay $25/hr or more (DOE) SUMMARY A well-established 3PL warehouse is looking for Supervisor with 3PL experience. Looking for candidates with strong track record of proven leadership skills as a warehouse supervisor. Will oversee staff in in/outbound of containers/goods, separate and sort, coordinate daily and weekly workload. Duties: Enforces compliance with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations. Inspecting warehouse facilities and equipment for job readiness and safe operation. Monitor all activities to achieve daily goals. Send an email to the other members of management to ensure a smooth transition between shifts. Keep good communication between floor and management Ability to adapt to change easily and relate to people Maintain a good environment with all the personnel Requirements: Computer knowledge - MS Office At least 2-4 years related experience Good basic math skills Open to overtime during peak season Excellent oral and written communication Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
