Description

We are looking for a Maintenance worker to perform maintenance around a bowling center in Union City, NJ (NOT UNION). You will be responsible for ensuring the facility is kept clean and functional and also assisting customers when needed. Responsibilities *Perform cleaning duties during operating hours and after closing. Which includes dusting, sweeping, mopping etc.. *Handing out bowling shoes & bowling balls *Assigning Bowling Lanes to customers *Cleaning furniture, (seats, tables, bowling ramps) *Clean bowling lane capping and gutters *Clean grease traps *Unload deliveries (Carry boxes of food, cases of drinks, bowling machine parts, etc. upstairs) *Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, changing air filters, etc. *Assist with other areas of the bowing center where needed (Snack Bar, Bar, Mechanic Area, etc.) *Some heavy lifting is required *Must be able to cover a shift on short notice (someone calling out sick, need additional help for a group, etc) *MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FRIDAY AND/OR SATURDAY NIGHTS TILL 2:00AM (Schedule to be discussed during interview) *Bi-lingual a +, but not required *$13/hr now, $14/hr as of 1/1 & $15 as of 3/1/23
