Business growth has our successful family owned window covering/blinds/shutters business seeking a full time Lead Installer to join our Team of professionals. The primary role of a Lead Installer is the proactive management of the installation team and client jobs. Tailored Solutions, Incorporated dba Budget Blinds of Mid and Outer Cape Cod expects our Lead Installer to be a respected professional with an unwavering commitment to the position requirements outlined below: Position requirements: -Perform to ensure consistent, timely and professional installation of window coverings in strict adherence to industry standards. -Work with the General Operations Manager on recruiting, hiring, and training of installation team members and subsequent daily supervision thereof. -Effective collaboration and communication with Management, operations, sales and administrative teams to ensure a professional, timely and smooth product installation. -Maintain vendor relationships to expedite reorder of damaged or defective product. -Manage daily warehouse processes and end of day protocols including but not limited to breakdown and disposal of product packaging and advance preparation for the following day. -Ensure strict adherence to client in home protocols including cleanliness, invoice presentation, review, product operation and immediate, accurate balance collection. -Conform to system and procedural business use mandates to ensure timely proper job updates and closeout in OJR and Google sheets. -Proactively seek and communicate additional customer specific product opportunities to clients. Work in collaboration with Management and Owner to ensure the efficient day to day business operation and streamline of processes, procedures, and protocols. -Embrace business’ core values: Integrity, Honesty, Teamwork, Excellence and Customer Satisfaction. -Understand and execute Company operating policies and procedures as outlined in Team Handbook and other related communications. -Proactively express thoughts, ideas and concerns in a positive, respectful, and productive manner. -Other duties as assigned. Minimum General Position Requirements: -Work up to a minimum of 40 hours per week hours including Saturdays, plus optional overtime, flexible to the needs of the business, including appointment scheduling, time off requests, attending team meetings and training -Able to lift product up to 50 pounds and climb a 12-foot ladder -Basic hand tool use and proficient use of a tape or laser measure -Team player, compliance with management directives -Confident, energetic, friendly, and professional appearance -Strong work ethic, highly motivated, capable of independent work -Organized and detail oriented -Effective communication skills -Computer skills proficiency -Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
