LOOKING TO FORM AN ORIGINAL THEATRICAL PROG BAND. My influences are Genesis, Crimson, Gentle Giant, Broadway, Bach, Mozart, and Stravinsky among others. I am a multi-instrumentalist (keys, winds, and vocals mostly) I have a place to play. I’m looking for guitarists, bass, drums, and others. A female singer or two would open up possibilities for theatrics. My goal is to eventually have a stage show and online video presence. I would like a cooperative environment where everyone helps write the music, knowing theory makes that easier and quicker. Please know some basic theory or at least have some idea of what notes you're playing. (I’ve had guitarists who can’t even find an Am chord or a C note on their instrument.) If you can write lyrics that would fit prog it’s a plus.
