25-30 hrs/week, negotiable, maintain 10 acre property, mowing, weed control, pool maintenance, chickens and horses on site, some irrigation and mechanical skills recommended. Outside work. Excellent equipment provided. Contract labor, 1099 available, $15/hr minimum. Transportation to and from necessary, drug free (periodic testing required). References needed.
