Join us and Chef Ace Champion for a delicious farm-to-table meal, using fresh, locally grown/produced food. Chef Ace will be preparing grass-fed steaks from Pape Farm Pastures with a mushroom bourbon sauce (using our Ten Mile Bourbon), roasted baby red potatoes, and Cajun garlic green beans. This will be followed by chocolate rum bread pudding with butterscotch rum sauce, using our Beach Road Rum. Cocktail hour is 5-6 PM, so be sure to arrive early enough to relax and enjoy a cocktail before dinner.
