Are you writing a novel, an essay, a poem, or just need space to write? come write with us on Oct. 15th at the Loving Room. Loving Room Diaspora + Salon opened in August. Owner, Kristina Clark, wants to manifest a cultivating space for Black ancestral healing + transformation through Black literature + African Diasporic decolonial aesthetics. They also feature various genres of literature by Black + African writers for readers of all ages. curating a selection of new and used reading material from US-born Black authors, African, Caribbean, and other Diaspora writers to be read on-site, with a variety of new current titles available for purchase. Loving Room collection includes Children's and Young adult literature, as well as a vast and varied selection of Fiction and Non-Fiction works from Black writers past and present. Come vibe with us, come write with us on October 15th, 3pm-6pm. We want to build up the bookshelves, we will be accepting book donations.
