Reliable and experienced person or company needed to mow the grass, rake the leaves and bag them today. About 2500SF of grass to cover - Worker must have his/her own lawn mower, garbage bags and rake. Clean up is a MUST after job is done. Will pay $100 tomorrow (Friday) via CashApp or cash but we need someone to do the job today.. The job should not take any more then 3 to 4 hours. We will need the person or company to come every 2 weeks to keep all grass area groomed and ALSO keep the front of the house clear of debris and garbage. Plus during winter the driveway and the side walk clear of snow and ice. The pay will be $65 to maintain every 2 weeks. Labor/Job Description 1) The grass in front of the house and yard/lot mowed to its lowest. 2) Grass and leaves raked and bagged. 2) All bags tied and placed in one area near the front of the house to be picked up by sanitation. 3) Worker must have his/her own lawn mower, rake, trash bags..ect. Please wear long sleeves and pants to avoid mosquito/insect bites...optional but highly recommended Worker agrees that property owner(s )will not be responsible or liable if worker gets hurt while on property in any way.
