Description
Superintendent needed for live-in residential development in Jamaica, NY.
Must have at least 7 years experience dealing with large garden apartments.
Maintain a license for interruptible boilers, fitness certificates.
Must be organized and well verse in dealing with shareholders, Board of Directors, contractors, NYC agencies.
Able to supervise staff.
Must have computer skills and be able to answer emails and prepare work schedules.
Must own tools and knowledge in landscaping.
