45 minutes of PowerCore Pilates followed by drinks & Mountainside Bakery & Cafe's charcuterie boards! PowerCore Pilates is a low impact but high intensity class, engaging and lengthening your entire body! This class will be done barefoot and a mat is necessary. No equipment needed.
