CARPENTERS: Finish a shed - quick money + FREE HARDIPLANK SIDING

I built a shed, but then got busy with other work and I want to make sure it's done before the snow flies. I need someone to install the siding (HardiPlank fiber cement). The material is already on site (under the tarp in the picture). The shed is 12x12 8 feet tall plus the two gable ends (see picture). I can do the trim first (the Azek and flashing is also already on site), or you can; up to you depending on how good/fast you are. This is a day or two job for a couple of skilled guys. Here's the bonus: The HardiPlank I'm using is left over from a different job I did. I have about 10 squares of it. This shed is only going to take less than 4 squares. If you want it, when you're done you can keep the remaining 6-7 squares. That's about $2,000 in siding at today's prices. Obviously experience installing fiber cement siding is a must (if you've worked with it you know why 😝). (by the way, I work for a property management and development company with properties in NH and southern Maine. We doubled our number of properties this past year, and we're always looking for good people for upcoming projects.)
