Panel presentations will be followed by a roundtable discussion and Q&A by all participants, including topics such as:
1. Do you have any clarifying questions about electrification and grid reliance in Davis and Yolo County?
2. What are your concerns about electrification requirements at time of sale? At time of permit?
3. What are your recommendations for how real estate professionals can be leaders in getting to carbon neutrality by 2040? Do you have recommendations for ways to decarbonize the existing built environment?
4. What value do you perceive for residential sellers and buyers by identifying and quantifying energy efficiency measures; reduced energy costs; completed solar installation, etc?
