We are a property management & construction company with an immediate opening for a Commercial Cleaner. Responsibilities to include cleaning designated facility areas including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning ceiling vents of office spaces, common areas, restrooms, parking garages, trash rooms and building exteriors. Will also include heavy cleaning tasks and special projects, stocking and maintaining supply rooms, snow removal, lawn maintenance and trash removal.
40 hour work week to include both weekdays and weekends. Occasional other hours may be required.
Multiple locations are all within walking distance.
Qualifications to include:
Experience in the commercial cleaning industry.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
Self-starter with ability to work independently.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Additional Requirements
Prolonged periods standing.
Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Ability to work and make decisions effectively with little to no supervision.
Integrity.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
COVID-19 vaccination.
