Come roll out your yoga mat and join us for a beautiful evening as we shift into AUTUMN...
We will begin with a gentle yoga flow to help us ease into our bodies followed by a relaxing YOGA NIDRA to soothe the mind, connecting mind body & spirit.. Yoga nidra offers a space to explore what you need in the moment, as well as an opportunity to work on releasing long-held emotions.
Treat yourself to an evening to SLOW DOWN and embrace the changes around us..
Connect with yourself and eachother.
Light Fare & a Glass of Wine completes the night.
Class begins at 6:30PM
Please bring Yoga Mat, Water, Wear Comfy Clothes & Layers... feel free to bring your own Blanket & props
