Yoga at Contentment is back! Join us for a fun and light hearted one hour yoga class-no yoga experience necessary! Bring your friends and family, and enjoy some self care time. This class is great for anyone looking to start their Sunday off with some movement and relaxation. Please bring a mat and any props you like to use for your practice (block, strap, eye mask, etc.) Some straps and blocks will be available to borrow for this practice. We hope to see you there! Cheers 🍻 Doors will open 15 before class. Please have name on tickets ready for check in-no need to print out your ticket. All beer purchases will be made directly through Contentment Brewing Company. This class is non refundable.
