The Liberals can't use their Nazi/Gestapo tactics anymore like they did in the late 80's. Times and people have changed. Don't fight the fire with gasoline. You will NEVER make it go away. But if you give them a track they will come. That's how the NHRA started. Cops giving kids a place to prove by timers who is the fastest. The ticket you get at the end of the track is proof! I used to race in the 80s. It was a great get together fun time Friday nights, Saturday and Sunday. When the libs closed my track the kids raced the streets again like crazy and the libs are going crazy there still today! People getting hit and property damage is the norm there. Learn from mistakes. Crushing cars is insanely stupid. You don't want to accelerate the problem. Nobody wants to just give up their cars. There will be high speed pursuits for sure then. Build the kids a race park and make money to keep it going. With the right thinkers it could put Reno on the map for more than gambling and amusement. Keep the racers racing away from the streets. Keep the rest of us safe. Common sense for the common folk.
