We are Cassandra and Araba, and we are so excited to provide this community dance class to anyone looking to exercise and have fun! Dance Fit is a Zumba-inspired follow along dance class featuring a variety of music from around the world. From Bollywood to Lady Gaga, there's something here for everyone. This class is friendly to all ages and ability levels (we will teach low impact variations during the class). Our beautiful studio location at Dance Street is a big open space with plenty of room to go wild. Come to class ready to sweat and smile- make sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring water- you’re going to need it! An RSVP is not required, but always helpful so we know how many people to expect. You may pay for the class on site via Venmo or cash. There is limited parking at the location, but plenty of street parking, and a lot behind the shopping center across the street (Enter from Roosevelt) See you in class!
