Building/Grounds Maintenance Technician Wanted One of the main goals of a Building/Grounds Maintenance Technician is responding to maintenance requests and handling any necessary repairs. A Building/Grounds Maintenance Tech is responsible for completing maintenance tasks to preserve the quality of our Industrial Park and Park Grounds. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in complex preventive maintenance projects and corrective repair of buildings, equipment and grounds. Primary Responsibilities • Mows, trims and rakes Industrial Park Grounds • Perform a variety of duties in the maintenance and repair of buildings and related machinery and equipment • Under supervision; to assist in performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance work and repair of buildings and grounds and do related work as required. Requirements (include but are not limited to) • Be on time • Good tenant relations. • Be polite, courteous and helpful at all times. • Professionalism at all times • Knowledge of operation and maintenance of a variety of hand, power and shop tools. • Possess a trade skill such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, etc. Salary to be determined at interview based upon experience.
