Rehoming Two Lovely Cats - free litter robot + cat tower included

Our family is moving and sadly we are unable to take our cats with us. Ducky (tuxedo cat) - younger of the two, energetic and playful, very cuddly and outgoing with people. Goblin (cow cat) - about two years old, very well-mannered. A little nervous around new people (he will sometimes hide when new people enter the home), but warms up quickly. They are both perfectly healthy and not picky about food at all. Both are excellent around kids. We would like to avoid splitting them up if possible! Ideally, we are looking for a new family that can take both of them. Free cat tower and litter robot (works perfectly, cost $500 new) are included with the cats.
