Join us for this hands on class about homemade fresh pasta. Guests will get to enjoy the food prepared after instruction.
Instruction includes:
classic egg pasta from scratchflavoring pasta doughrolling, cutting, and shaping pastapreparation of 2 sauces and cooking pastaMenu: Fettuccine Alfredo, Spinach Pappardelle with tomato and sausage ragu.
We will do our best to accommodate food allergies, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. Please note our kitchens are not a gluten or nut-free environment.
All classes have a three-day cancellation policy, You must email [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within three days, you are responsible for paying for the class.
