In addition, she is also a Certified Coach, Facilitator and Trainer receiving her credentials from CTI (Coaches Training Institute) Jackie is a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and has also completed her required studies in Learning & Development in the area of Instructional Design and Delivery.
