Jared's band will play two sets featuring songs from the new album, as well as other bluegrass and Americana music. This will be a very special show featuring guest performers and some of Chicago’s finest acoustic musicians. Bluegrass Today said, "Rabin commands attention and elevates interest through his playing and performances alone" after his 2021 album of acoustic music reached #4 on the Folk Radio Charts.
Jared Rabin began learning fiddle at age five from his grandfather, who was then the First Chair violinist at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. He has since pursued a life in music and has traveled the world performing. He holds a Masters Degree in Jazz Composition, and his songwriting has been recognized by several international competitions. He has been featured in American Songwriter, Bluegrass Today, and on NPR among others. He is a longtime fixture on the Chicago music scene, and can often be found performing there and across the US.
