We have been asked to bring this seminar back and have seen an increase in terrible situations in the community. This is going to be a part 2 to the Stay Away Seminar, but part 1 is not a prerequisite. The IKMF (International Krav Maga Federation) has spent years working on the most effective self defense system on the planet. They didn't take any short cuts when working on the Women's curriculum either! This course will be taught by Rob Mendenhall, Indiana's state director for the IKMF. He has been teaching Krav Maga since 2015, and became certified in the women's curriculum in March 2022. Rob takes the women's stay away very serious and loves to further spread this knowledge.
