Description
My builder is making a small change to the civil plan on one of my job sites. They are doing the revised work per their PE's stamped plan. As the owner, I want my own civil engineer to review the completed work against the stamped plan, and to then provide a stamp by a certified TX PE, providing certification that the work appears to have been completed as prescribed.
