Your role will be to qualify small businesses (in-person or over the phone) and to get small businesses with W-2 employees set up for a call with me/my company to discuss the opportunity. Each call that is set and occurs (both I and business get on a call together) it is $30. For each lead that signs up it is $200 ($30 credited so an additional $170). This is a great way to make commission quickly. When we have well qualified businesses on the phone we are closing about 50% of calls. This means just about every 2 leads that you set up a call will net you $230. If you set up 20 that estimates $2300.
