Night Janitorial Supervisor Full Time - 40+ hours per week Monday - Friday - occasional weekends (rare) 4pm start time! Benefits after 90 days - medical, dental, vision, PTO! Company vehicle provided! Company cell phone! Company credit card! Pay starts @ $22 per hour As a Night Janitorial Supervisor you will be overseeing a crew of 10-15 employees nightly. This position requires a candidate who excels in time management, communication and building a winning team! Duties include (but are not limited to): * Meeting with staff nightly at the main office * Hiring/Coaching/Training * Filling in for employees that are out sick and/or on vacation * Training new hires as well as ongoing training with existing employees * Conducting nightly inspections using our company specific software * Conducting monthly staff meetings * Scheduling * Supply ordering * Working closely with support staff to ensure all locations are clean and up to standard This is a fast paced industry and we are looking for someone that is personable, passionate, dependable, has a professional appearance, hard working and ready and willing to get their hands dirty! This is not a desk job - this is a GET YOUR HANDS DIRTY kinda job! Bilingual is a plus! Clean driving record and a clean background is a MUST & REQUIRED!
