Red ear slider turtle and aquarium

I have a 5 year old red ear slider that needs a new home. It comes with a 45gal (48Lx18Hx12D) glass aquarium, Penn Plax Cascade MARLIN Canister Filter, A crappy fiber wood TV stand(?) that is warped but has held it up for 4 years (I suppose only the top surface is crappy the rest is fine). Tank leaked once 2 years ago (mostly why the stand is now in bad shape) but I re-siliconed it and it holds water great again. There is a tank on top that grows duck weed for food and light for it. The water is alwayse crystal clear but algae grows like mad. Comes with a nice razor scraper and well everything I have bought for it really. I keep the tank full and there is 48in UV lights in a top cabinet where the turtle can sun bask, Its not pretty but it works. I usually kept gold fish in there, and the smart ones last years in there, but they are all gone now. Pickup with a truck only. Tank is full of water and may take an hour or so to drain.
