DREAMS Center for Arts Education is celebrating 25 years of positive youth development through high quality arts education on Saturday, November 19th 2022! Join us for a benefit concert featuring The Soul Rebels, a New Orleans based brass ensemble that incorporate elements of soul, jazz, funk, hip-hop, rock and pop music. Festivities will include food trucks, drinks, photo- ops and live music!
