The PCE provides various business services and Contract Housing for Military, Travel nurses, Temp Workers and Consultants. Since 1995 we have often exchanged rent for professional help on Estate or a combination of paying rent and offering some work/help. We have mutually benefited from great work ethic, multi-talented, extremely reliable, responsible and incredible Tesla engineers, hard working students, super talented handymen from Sacramento, Modesto, Camp Park Military Base Colonel, Security Guards, Fitness trainers, and one Clever Alameda Coast Guard Captain. Some of these gentleman staying well over 3-8 years, were here on temporary assignments many who's families lived out of state and this was a great way to save money on Bay area rent and get a great work-out! We are seeking a seriously mature 1 year commitment from an employed person. It is absolutely necessary at your normal job you would have a work schedule which will easily accommodate the flexible hours required for the tasks. The tasks include feeding and watering of the 2 ponies, maintaining their stable, cleaning stalls, removing cobb webs and vacuuming the barn isle. After 25 years we know this takes on average.75 minutes every morning and.75 in the evening or 1.5 hours if in the morning only. Night only would not work as the ponies need to be fed their breakfast! Must be punctual, focused, flexible, trustworthy, solid work ethic! *** If you have extra time I can provide Additional work for Pay: examples for pay could be any of the following: landscaping, property maintenance, handyman services, weed eating, weeding, grooming, bathing 2 ponies, sweeping barn mats and outside mats, painting fences, running errands, washing windows, pressure washing, interior estate painting, minor planting, Please only mature "organized and energetic"folks who likewise are seeking a win win arrangement. ACCOMMODATIONS: Private Accommodation for 1 person. Secluded on 6 acres 14' fully furnished manufactured home with tranquil environment, gorgeous views under the stars and cozy. features: off-street parking. 1 TWIN Bed, fully equipped kitchen, linens, commercial size washer and dryer. You must provide a 45 day notice in writing before the end of the initial 12 months if you are wishing to extend the term to month to month. No exceptions. 4.) Required: Application, You pay or you can provide a credit report, or Provide current verifiable pay stubs for Employment verification 5.) Move-in: Check, Cash, and or Cashier's check must clear before move-in amount to include: first months discounted rent 850.00 + cleaning-damage security deposit of 825.00 + plus a 30.00 deposit for the gate transmitter and a 30.00 deposit each key. This method best assures any damage or cleaning issues are resolved and transmitter and keys are returned and/or deducted from the deposit before or upon move-out. There are therapy horses on sight, Wild Turkeys, Deer, Bobcat, Quail Coyote, and various other wildlife. For liability reasons been there done that…with a barking dog causing injury to small rider on horse, there are no pets of any kind allowed meaning no dogs no matter how small, no cats, no Reptiles, no Birds possible " In addition visitors and workers are not allowed to bring pets onto the property. This means no pet can be left in a car and brought onto the property.. No part-time or sometime pets. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND: There is absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes and marijuana anywhere on the estate property or inside of any of the buildings. Additionally we prohibit the smoking and growing of marijuana NO DRUGS OR ASSOCIATED BEHAVIOR NO PARTIES: mature person only GUESTS YOU WANT TO VISIT : You are not allowed to have any quest in order to protect and insure both the quiet, privacy and security of all renters at the estate. ETIQUETTE: Palomares Canyon Estate is a community of individuals that are considerate of the other tenants. Tenants have an understanding that their actions or inaction's will have an impact on the other tenants. It is paramount that all tenants reside within the rules of the Estate to ensure that all tenants are having a pleasurable experience. Please be responsible respectful to all guest on property ONE PERSON ONLY - NO GUEST * No live-in "not on contract" boyfriends, friends, or girlfriends YOUR VEHICLE AND PARKING: There is assigned parking on site and you must provide proof of a current up to date auto insurance policy. There is no working on vehicles nor is there and storing of vehicles.
